SITE NUMBERING SYSTEM
To assist our Customers understanding of our numbering system on the Go North East Site, this will gradually spread to the other North East Bus Photos Sites too, we decided to provide a mini guide to assist you knowing where to look for certain images, there is the layout: -
1 - Is recent photos added to the site with the date, these last aproximately about 3 to 4 weeks here
2 - Features and Events - here these are events like depot open days and bus rallies and normally found here for, from 2 to 4 weeks but details will be in the box at top of collection page. Features are, if we want to display photos of other interests with some form of connection to the company and its past - an instance would be say, Leyland Nationals in the National Bus Company days for a short display for 2 - 4 weks to generate interest and bring memories to the site
3 - Go North East unbranded vehicles, here vehicles in the current Go North East livery sorted by vehicle types are here and easily be found in search via fleet number if desired.
4 - Is the odd collections like demonstrators and loaned vehicles, coaches and driver training fleet, here you will find all the current white spare buses and bold coloured buses without the vinyls added in plain liveries.
5 - Branded Liveried Buses are found here - here these are finished in final branded liveries with vinyls added like Black Cats, Citylink, Prince Bishop, Silver Arrows and Magic Roundabout and many others, here all you need to look for the branding name and it is listed here, or, again via fleet number via our search facilities on the home page.
6 - Go North East Buses in EXILE - here vehicles that was once in the Go North East fleet that has found new homes with other operators and ot other use.
7 and 8 are not used
9 - Is for something different, here on the Go North East site there is no something different feature as yet, but if any do come about then this is where it will happen.
As mentioned before we hoping to roll out this system to our sister sites so make them all similar but not too much the same as Go North East of course.
